👋 Hi! ArtChain is meant to be fun. These terms are written in plain language so everyone understands what this is — and, just as importantly, what it is not.
RenderDen, the Secret HQ community, ArtChain, the SecretChain, the "NFTs", "collectibles" and "SecretHQ Level Points" are a free, non‑commercial, private hobby project made purely for fun and entertainment inside our community. It is not a business, financial product, investment, fund, bank, exchange, payment or money service, security, lottery or gambling, and it is not a public blockchain or cryptocurrency. Words like "chain", "SecretChain", "mint" and "NFT" are playful, thematic names for an internal record we keep just for fun. It is a "real chain" only in the sense that we keep an honest internal ledger — but it lives only inside this project and has no existence or value outside of it.
SecretHQ Level Points and every collectible/NFT here are earned only through activity in the community (such as chatting and taking part). They cannot be bought with real money, sold, cashed out, redeemed, withdrawn, or exchanged for real money or anything of real‑world value — not by us and not through us. They are not currency, tokens, securities, property or an investment. They are simply points and pictures in a game. Please never spend real money expecting any return, profit or payout — there is none, and none is promised.
The entire service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, reset, wipe, migrate or shut down the project, the chain, the points, the collectibles or any part of it at any time, for any reason, without notice and without any compensation. If it's gone, it's gone. We do not promise that any point, collectible, NFT, ranking, message, data or access will keep existing or stay available.
You use RenderDen and ArtChain entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible and not liable for any loss of points, collectibles, NFTs, rankings, data, access or any imagined "value", however it happens — including bugs, downtime, errors, data loss, moderation, removals, resets, hacks, or the project simply ending. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
Your ArtChain holdings and the chain are openly viewable, and you can look at, copy, screenshot and save your own record (your "ownership paper") at any time. If a collectible matters to you, keeping your own copy is entirely your responsibility. We do not keep backups for you and we are under no obligation to restore, recreate or compensate anything that is lost, changed or removed.
You alone are responsible for any image or content you upload or mint. You must own it or have the right to use it, and it must not be illegal, infringing, stolen, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or otherwise against the law or Discord's rules. We may remove, hide or take down any artwork, collectible or content at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Minting gives you a fun in‑community collectible only — it does not transfer any copyright and does not grant any legal or real‑world ownership of the underlying image.
By minting or uploading, you grant Secret HQ / RenderDen a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publicly display, reproduce and showcase your minted artwork across our community surfaces — including this website, Discord, rankings and our public 3D gallery / showroom exhibition — solely to run and present this hobby community. You can ask us to remove your artwork at any time. Optional personal showcases such as your Masterpieces & VIP Gallery in the 3D Gallery are separate and opt-in — you decide whether to include them, and can revoke anytime.
Please don't cheat, exploit, automate, attack, spam or use the service unlawfully or to harm others. We may suspend or remove anyone's access, points or collectibles at any time.
We store only what the project needs to work (such as your Discord ID, points and collectibles). For the responsible party and contact, see the Impressum.

We may update these terms at any time; the current version always applies. By using RenderDen / ArtChain, by minting, collecting or taking part, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
